Final guidance on Agency Worker Regulations released

The Agency Worker Regulations are becoming law on 1 October 2011. This set of guidance from the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills helps employers understand how the regulations will affect them.

Included, are examples of who would be protected by the regulations and what rights agency workers have from day 1 of their employment with you.

We will be providing a digest shortly of the key areas that voluntary sector employers should consider.
